General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 1 KSchG) via our online shop at www.snoozesoles.com. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity.

2. Contracting parties and conclusion of the contract

The purchase agreement is concluded with Snooze Soles / owner Servet Kara, Siglgasse 18 / 2700 Wiener Neustadt.

By placing products in our online shop, we are making a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in your shopping cart by clicking the order button. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after submitting your order.

3. Prices and payment terms

All prices in our online shop are final prices and include VAT.

Payment is made using the payment methods offered during the order process (e.g., credit card, PayPal, instant bank transfer). The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

4. Shipping and Delivery Conditions

We only deliver within the countries listed in the online shop. Shipping costs are clearly indicated during the ordering process and are to be borne by the buyer unless free shipping is offered.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and are shown during the ordering process. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Delivery time is approximately 10-12 business days.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to Snooze Soles - Servet Kara. Once the items have arrived undamaged at Snooze Soles - Servet Kara, a full refund will be issued.

5. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

6. Right of withdrawal

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. In the event of defects in the delivered goods, you have statutory rights to subsequent performance (rectification of the defect or replacement delivery) and – if the statutory requirements are met – further rights to a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health caused by an intentional or negligent breach of duty on our part.

Furthermore, we are only liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In these cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

9. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can access at [ https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ ] . However, we are neither obligated nor generally willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain in effect. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provisions.

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
